Zylus Recognizes Outstanding Realtors at Annual Thanksgiving Conference and Awards


A leading real estate development and investment company, Zylus Group International has once again rewarded its real estate agents at the annual Thanksgiving Conference and Awards held in Lagos to mark the successful end of the 2021 financial year.

Zylus Group International, a parent company of over 30 subsidiaries including Zylus Homes & Property Limited, Zylus Investment Limited, Zylus Travels and Tour, Zylus Farmvest, Zylus Transport and Logistics continues to fulfill its mandate of becoming an internationally renowned conglomerate, a mandate evident in the results recorded by the company in 2021.

The annual Thanksgiving Conference and Awards held at the Admiralty Conference Center in Lagos, served as a 3-in-1 event to recount the events of 2021, celebrate its realtors and clients and also prepare for the task before 2022.

The event graced by company management and staff, as well as real estate agents and industry players also hosted notable personalities including Oba Akinola Oyetade Akinrera (the Olubosin of the Kingdom of Ifetedo), who represented the Ooni of Ife, His Royal Majesty, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, Ojaja II, Senior Performance and Leadership Coach, Pastor Niyi Adesanya; CEO, Sales Factory Africa, Mr. Paul Foh; and CEO, Signatory Advisory Ltd, Mr. Samson Davies.

In his opening remarks, the group’s chairman, Dr. Oluwatosin Olatujoye, expressed his gratitude to God, Zylus staff and stakeholders for the success achieved in 2021. He also highlighted the group’s achievements during the the year, including developing three more areas in Nigeria, partnering with the government to reduce the housing deficit in the country and creating investment and savings programs to help Nigerians make better financial decisions . It committed the Group to do more to offer its customers and partners maximum service satisfaction in 2022.

In his capacity as the representative of Ooni, Oba Akinola Oyetade Akinrera, the Olubosin of Ifetedo Kingdom who delivered the keynote address entitled “Youth Capacity Building” commended Zylus Group for its outstanding work in the field of development real estate and investment development, as well as capacity building. engaging young people in gainful employment. Capacity building, he said, is everyone’s business and he concluded by advising the youth to be more politically active in order to take Nigeria to greater heights.

Other speakers, such as Dr. Olumide Emmanuel, Pastor Niyi Adesanya, Mr. Paul Foh and Mr. Samson Davies, all charged attendees to seize opportunities and push boundaries this year while urging employees and Zylus group partners to explore various ways to build capacity. The event concluded with an awards ceremony to recognize estate agents who delivered outstanding service and results in 2021. Over 70 estate agents received prizes ranging from paid trips to Dubai, apartments from luxury to luxury cars.

Tosin Obineye, who was crowned Zylus World Champion (Realtor of the Year), received the ultimate trophy, a 3-bedroom apartment and a brand new Toyota Venza. Expressing his shock and gratitude, Tosin Obineye appreciated the company for upholding integrity and keeping the promises made to its real estate agents.

Another winner, Lifted Udoh, speaking about his award, said that one of the reasons Zylus Group International continues to be so successful in just a few years of existence is excellence in service delivery. Like Tosin Obineye, he also appreciated that the company always kept its promises. Lifted Udoh walked away with a Diamond Achievers Award as well as a Lexus 330.
