In Class A, fourteen teams are playing for twelve places in the playoffs, so only United are not in contention at the moment. Homer-Center is second behind the undefeated Portage. Buy Line and West Shamokin are tied for sixth. Penns Manor is 12th.

In WPIAL, 4-3 Indiana plays undefeated Hampton over WDAD, 100.3 FM and Am 1450. Indiana is coming off a 29-14 victory over Highlands while the Talbots beat Plum, 35-7.
