The Virginia Tech Executive Briefing Center, located on the second floor of the Virginia Tech Research Center – Arlington, has been nominated for an industry award recognizing excellence in distinctive venues hosting meetings and conferences.

Nominated in the Planner’s Choice category for professional meetings and conferences, votes can be cast online at the Unique Venues website. You can choose to vote only in this category or as many as you want. The deadline to submit a vote is August 8.

Winners will be featured at Unique Venues’ annual marketing conference in October and in a special edition of Unique Venues magazine.

The centre, which is part of Outreach and International Affairs, has won several Unique Venues awards since it opened in 2011, including best high-tech venue and best venue for small gatherings.

With over 7,300 square feet of space, the Executive Briefing Center hosts seminars, training programs, workshops, receptions, and many other events for internal Virginia Tech customers and non-university customers. . It offers state-of-the-art technology in its sleek and stylish meeting rooms, including a 20-foot ultra-high resolution viewing wall. The center is also equipped with next-generation internet, providing seamless connectivity for presenters and attendees.
