For the second consecutive year, Atento will host Living Digital, Navigating Altered DNA, the company’s annual Customer Day event.
The event, which will take place virtually on the 15and February 2022 will be devoted to the evolution and major trends in the Customer Experience sector.
Guest speaker Arianna Huffington, co-founder of the Huffington Post and named to Time Magazine’s 100 Most Influential People in the World list and Forbes’ Most Powerful Women list, is also the author of 15 books. She is currently a board member of Uber, Onex and Global Citizen.
Attendance at Living Digital will also include participation from executives from some of the world’s most important companies. Speakers from Europe, the United States, Latin America and Brazil will share their perspective on how to meet the challenges of our current CX business landscape with Carlos López-Abadía, CEO of Atento, who will host a introductory discussion around different preferences in CX delivery across different generations.
Thereafter, a number of round tables will take place on the following topics:

• CX reinforced by advanced technology
To conclude the event, Arianna Huffington will close the session with an inspirational speech.
