Dr. Shealy will present the guest article “Single Crystal AlScN-on-Silicon XBAW RF Filter Technology for High Bandwidth, High Frequency 5G, and Wi-Fi Applications” at 1:40 p.m. PT on Wednesday, May 11, 2022. The presentation will address the Company’s cutting-edge research into single-crystal aluminum scandium nitride (AlScN) acoustic materials using MOCVD and resonator filter devices fabricated using these novel piezoelectric nanomaterials.
